Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll be responsible for packaging bundles by placing metal strapping around the width and length of the material, ensuring the protection of customer material with paper corner protectors as per specifications. Your role will include tightening the metal strapping using packaging equipment, checking parts for correct size, and skillfully operating material handling equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and side loaders. You will also read work order instructions, adhere to safety and policy manuals, and use precision measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.Hard Skills
Skilled use of material handling equipment
Experience in operating overhead crane and forklift
Proficiency in using tape measure, caliper, gauges, or micrometer
Soft Skills
Ability to read and follow work order instructions
Adherence to safety and policy manuals
Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Wooster, Ohio.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is very clean and organized, featuring large equipment with a strong emphasis on safety. This is a 3rd shift role, operating from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday.
